Best Business To Invest N14m? by CodedWealth(m): 11:32am On Apr 23, 2021
Hi,

I have bout N15m laying idle in the bank and N2.5m in a crypto wallet.

I need advice on what business to invest offline.

Note: I don't want ideas on any online platform as I have N1m in PetronPay (receiving 2.5% ROI daily ) and N1m in my Sportybet account playing 5 odds daily for 30days ( ROI not fixed, but unique results monthly )

That being said I don't want any online idea, the money in my crypto wallet is an investment itself.

What offline Business can I invest N14m offline and earn up to 2 - 5% of capital daily?

I left N500k in my crypto wallet since 2009 hence the loud returns when crypto lifted.

Set up a mini scale innovation hub. Or at most a workspace.

Yeah I thought of that, done my maths, seems poultry farm will be time consuming, as it needs much of physical presence to make sure things are going good even if you have someone on payroll there.

Feeds are more expensive and eggs price seems to remain stagnant

Not really, they d no. of layers u can feed conveniently. At least with such amount u can feed 500 layers for 4_5months b3 it starts laying.
Once they start laying, their feeding cost gets to reduce,
I create of egg is betw 1200_1300, depending on d size.
Secondly by sept u can buy broilers, and sell to eatries or hotels during xmass.
From d little hv observed people into such business hv reduce cus of feed price and so.
Since u hv the capital, try it out.
You can also invest in red oil
All the best to you

There is a video that went viral about 2 or 3 weeks ago that showed a farm worker who was caught trying to steal and smuggle out eggs.

Make sure you look for this video and watch it cos that is what your thieving workers will be doing to you when you start a poultry!

If you have no practical experience running a farm or poultry don't put your money in that business...that business requires very strong internal controls if you want to run it profitably and you can only block loopholes if you have done the business before and understand the possible points through which theft occurs!!

none. It would take you a while to build the offline biz to the point of getting such an roi. Unless you build a gas station.

Thanks for the input, but come to think of it,
I don't think N14m can foot up a good petrol station here in port Harcourt.

That's money may cover for land alone.

With that capital of yours buying crayfish from it's source and transporting to places like Lagos and the north that has massive population and as you know major parts of the north are land locked so you'd definitely make sales in mass

Rice is being planted already but beans ehn and there is always market for it. Open store and sell at wholesale price for Iya Olojas.

Hello, I guess with the amount of capital you have, I will advise you venture into agro based investments preferably a processing factory. I'm currently supervising a garri processing factory down here in south west and this is the third month of operation and it's going on fine and the roi is massive if you give the best. With all necessary equipments installed, you can either plan on having your own cassava farm( security assured) or you buy from farmers for production. The latter will be advised because of start up and as time goes on, you will find your root. You may also add other line of production if need be. I'm always here to help out.

Bros, the guy needs simple, workable ideas, not empty, but sweet-sounding grammars

I assure, when you have money at hand, those words you used up there won't make any meaning to you.
