it's fake. Npower is using nasim.gov.ng. Npower is used only for publication but database for applicants is on nasim portal. and government portal don't use .bi.t.l.y which is used to shorten URL. long story short; d site is fake; so fake it stinks like sh*t

I was Batch A and didn't receive it besides i didn't register for batch C...
The message was sent to my friend whom I helped during her registration and test taking, she was the one who contacted me when she received it and helped her out for the update.. So nothing special was done..
Just be hopeful that they might send out sms for another batch and you will be among
