No one used anybody, they simply did business with him and I'm sure he got paid for the shows he attended. He would have remained in business if he kept up with what he was doing, maybe if he was literate enough to get a management team or an individual. Put these sentiments aside, business was conducted and he was paid for his services; no one really owes anyone anything.

The same way we go about with suits and ties looking for an employer to give us a job contract, do you then say the employer 'used and dumped' you after your contract expires? Were you not paid? Would it have been better to remain unemployed and unpaid?

You claim 'he wasnt helped', but No, when someone sees me hungry and gives me a job which pays me, albeit for just a while, that person has helped me. The person isnt my father and cant be expected to keep feeding me for life so we really need to toss these sentiments aside.
