We were talking about Ugatuzi tower and this is the context in which his message should suit. I presume he wanted to mean A plan, desire, or idea that will not likely work; a near impossibility, but he went ahead and use the word wrongly.

You don't just twist words to mean what you want them to mean and then start claiming it's an idiomatic expression. The only phrase that exists is pipe wet dream which is totally different from that nonsense you idiots came up with.

The idiot even acknowledged the meaning of the phrase when I first posted about it not knowing that it's a pipe wet dream I was talking bout. Goes to show that he had no clue of where that phrase came from and what it means.
