I was saying he did not deserve it but they came up with reasons to give it to him. The argument that CR7 deserved it in 2018 is also dead on its head by the way. As for 2010, you make good arguments for Sjneider only that he was 4th in the Ballon d'or. It is hard to cheat someone from clear 1st to 4th. Do you agree?

una just dey disturb una self with all these popularity contest awards.
An award won by voting can never be glitch free, even a president that wins election doesn't mean that he is the best candidate.
Now to these yeye football awards, every year goal post dey shift, today he had good stats this year, tomorrow he won most trophies, even when another player had far better stats, another year, it's world cup exploits.
Heck, even world Xi featured Ramos as RB abi na LB just to fit him in, e be like no RB play ball that season.

By the end of the season we will compare goals conceded when VVD was defending Alisson and when he wasn't. Just be patient.

We will do that. And we will compare when other members of the defence are out injured too.

VVD was not the only long term CB absentee in the squad, I hope you know.

Modric performance in 2018 was miles behind Sneijder's 2010 performance.
