But seriously lets be honest. If J5 looked up and saw Reece James he definitely would have thrown the pass. Against Man city he did just that.

Now Azpi is great but J5 knows he can't waste that possession cos if he plays the ball through and Azpi doesn't get to it or its misplayed. Thats already putting the defence on the edge because Azpi definitely wont have the strenght to run back so quickly.

This is a very lame excuse on the part of anyone wanting to make any case for jorginho. Just go and watch the video highlights again and see if jorginho attempted the pass,even the best of sprinter would not have been able to recover, talk more of Marcelo.
So because you don't expect Werner to out jump varane,you wouldn't ask your full backs to cross to him,even if he is set free in the box to score from an inviting cross?

The bald bi-polar definitely wants to control and dominate possession from the onset. He had better score early else, PSG have the forward players to end this tie early.

This is no excuse at all. Jorginho wasn't sure of his own passing ability if not,the least any deep player would do was to send out a pass.

Pep Guardiola should better focus on getting away goal which has been his greatest undoing in UCL games rather than thinking he will get the job done at the Etihad.
