Good evening everyone on NL

I sincerely need some assistance on how to go about this particular problem.

BACKGROUND

I've been having this pain in my chest that comes and goes but recently it's becoming intense and unbearable to me. Sometimes I notice the pain crossing over to the back.

I've been to a federal medical center where I live and explained to a doctor I met there, he recommended a pylori test for Ulcer which came out Positive. Drugs was prescribed to me which I was using but it doesn't seem like there's any change and to be honest the symptoms are very different from ulcer. Not satisfied I went to a private lab for an ECG and chest Xray, the

result came out and according the person there my heart is good but I need to be doing a little exercise, eat more fruits and minimise fatty foods.

Now yesterday I had the pains again, this time it lasted for long and even as I'm typing I'm still feeling it, it makes my chest heavy and when I stretch I hear crack.

I want to visit a heart clinic but I don't know how to go about it, I need all the advice I can get. Thanks all
