You can ask seller for split payment so you use 2 atm cards to pay if they agree to it or you use virtual dollar card provided by barter by flutterwave, their exchange rate is on the high side though

Virtual dollar card. From barter flutterwave, or wallets africa which have N495 as exchange rate.

You didn't do your homework properly before ordering from the store. Sometimes I order from stores with a higher price because of efficiency and rest of mind. At least I will be confident that if it goes wrong refund is certain.
