please do not mind my typing here,I just hope u guys are able to understand it,and give me some advice on what to do.
so I was able to save some money over the years,but my mind never really stuck to one particular way of maximizing the money.its about a million naira,which to me has lost value already.
I had earlier gone for IT certifications like twice but didn't make it,and was scared of doing it again with the money saved for fear of wasting the money.
I also wish I could invest iñ landed properties,either to try to build my own home,bit by bit or resell the land later,but I often hear that people get scammed on landed properties too.
I also wished to explore the agric business too,but the ROI and fear of getting scammed also weighs on my mind.
having the money idle in my bank all these years is really causing me concern,cus its giving me the feeling of being comfortable.with that mindset,I begin to borrow people money,knowing full well I can fall back on the money have saved.bit by bit,the money have saved begin to drop as these people fail to pay me back sometimes and I have to try to balance up with my salary.
I just wish I could have a way of maximizing the money-invest in myself with IT certifications,and pray I get to pass well,or go into agric investment with jadek farms or any other online agro platform,or just buy a landed property.
