What's really unfortunate is that apartheid was brutal and excluded the majority of our population from participating in the economy. We just celebrated 27 years of democracy and looking back, much has been achieved but still much to be done by way of economic parity.

Black and SAs now comprise the majority of the middle classes and lifestyles estates are booming to cater to this growing middle and upper class; not the narrative commonly believed and reported.

Hopefully more aborigines will embrace education and entrepreneurship skills so they can understand that fellow Africans are not their problem and aren’t taking their jobs as widely purported by the locals.

I hear you but the vast majority of SAs don't dislike foreigners or are xenophobic. There are millions of foreigners living, working and going to school in SA without any problem whatsoever. Lots of Nigerians are doing quite well and are mostly business owners and professionals; they are not the problem. Unfortunately, there's a contingent of criminals wreaking havoc spoiling Naijas reputation in SA and many other foreign countries. Nigerians are in just about every city and town across the country. Things have been exaggerated bro.

I do not refute the claim that there are some Nigerians running illegalities in SA but I’m of the opinion that the locals target and attack the businesses of foreigners at every uprising.
I think the locals should be oriented about the adverse effect of such actions.
