You have been the one replying with hash words but you failed to understand it. I just ask you a simple question before now and you keep replying me as if I am the one behind the fault in your phone. Some are using the same phone but no problem and I just wanted to know if its possible for some of the same model not to have the same problem and you bashing me.

I believe there is a Nokia care in ikeja there, you can take it there rather than making a mistake giving it to some quack phone engineers that you know nothing about it.
