This is where my problem lies with write ups like this, no one is saying what he's saying is true or false but give us usage history.
Redmi 5 or an MIUI based phone is aggressive when it comes to ram management, umidigi is stock android, garbage in garbage out lolz... So am idea into how many apps he has and how many he leaves open, do he use parallel space? All these questions needs answers.

About battery, we all know security patches in form of updates help a bit with this, has he updated his phone? What level of brightness is he using and lastly, how good is the network around him?

Without an answer to these questions and more, one cannot see a true picture.

Lastly, u can't compare a Snapdragon chipset to a Helio P22 chipset Na, comon let's be realistic, u can't buy a dog and expect it to work like a donkey ko possible na lolz... And to be sincere they're not even in the same price range..

NB: This is just for discussion purposes and not an indictment on anyone's person.

no it did not have contact with any liquid.even when I try to use an earpiece with the phone,I can't use the mouthpiece that comes with the earpiece

this story doesn't make sense. look at the 3rd, 4th and 5th paragraphs. does that make sense to you? since I bought my phone, I've been using split screen technology and I've never experienced any issues. infact if u look closely at the 3rd line where he says that the phone was hot and he put a memory card which corrected everything. that's a big lie. infact, external cards slow down devices more and that's why apple didn't want them. I'm not a novice when it comes to technology. this story is crap. he said his phone barely lasts four hours on continuous usage and it got so bad that he had to start using a power bank? that's another lie. At worst I get 6hrs SOT on my A7pro and on a good day it goes up to 8hrs+ because of the recent software updates. if u don't like Umidigi, you can leave. no one is forcing you to stay
