Hmm...true, he's part of a front three. But I think TT tweaks in such a way that Mount often drops to assist Jorgo and Kante. Kai and Timo also drop deep occasionally of course, but of the three, I think Mount is saddled more with the responsibility of assisting the midfield. I especially noticed in the first leg, Mount played deeper than the other attackers. I feel that's why in transitions, Kai and Timo are (well, were) often the furthest players forward.

Just what I observed though.

He is not consistent with any position. He plays across the forward lines and the reason he covered more grounds than any other player yesterday.

Professionally as a footballer, that's wrong. What's worse is that he's not even in form to even appease fans.
If he had done a handshake or just spoken to zouma, it would have been understandable, but that hearty Laughter, it feels as if he was mocking them(Madrid )

There's a reason why Havertz has never started with Werner, Mount, and Pulisic at the same time.

It's because the only role he can play right now is in attack, and hes not our best attacker.

Exactly. I intended to quote the guy before I saw your post. Like a Twitter user posted Kante is a box to box destroyer. The best he can perform as a holding midfielder is to be in a pivot.
