The first admittance. There are nice parts in the CBD, albeit tiny in that the CBD occupies a tiny portion of Nairobi

Which I agree. Going by global standards, the CBD as substended is perhaps the only district with high calibre street level views. That's if we ignore the rich residential areas which are exclusive for the filthy rich. Upper mid income areas, while well zoned and built still feature broken side walks and lack of proper landscaping.

Now if we go by our somewhat lofty continental standards, the CBD and upper mid-income areas are quite good at street level. These are upper mid-income places include Langata, South B, South C, Buruburu, Madaraka, Nairobi West, Southlands, Gumo, Komarock, UMI parts of donholm and Highrise.
