He's played almost 60 matches and his goals and assists combined are less than 8. How is that an excellent stat?

Does this man have any tactic in his Arsenal at all?

Without a striker who can occupy the defenders, it will always be very difficult to win against top teams. Messi do not occupy the defenders, like play off their shoulders. Grezimann floats in and out of the game. The Atletico defenders were mostly comfortable through out the game.

I can't blame the coach for this but he's got to make best use of what he has. He hasn't on many occasions.

Give the kid a break!!! How many goal and assist did Iniesta have during his entire career. You guyz are just being too hard on the 18-yr old. To come in from 2nd division and manage to become a fixture in Barca's first eleven, is enormous for the kid.

Are you kidding me? Don't you dare compare Iniesta with Pedri. I'll stop there.

It's a pity we now experiment at Barcelona. Mount and Foden are his age mate, yet have out-performed him in every way despite playing less matches.

I don't blame Pedri sha. A serious coach won't even allow him to play this much while dropping very poor performances.

Definitely we must get a striker this summer. It remains to be seen if the club can muster the financial strength to beat competition and sign him.

Yh definitely. I trust Laporta to analyze the situation properly and decide the future of the coach. I will recommend the coach be sacked, because of his inability to get the best out of the team in crucial games.

On the other hand though, I think due to the fragmented and disjointed nature of the squad he inherited and he still managed to win the Copa del Rey, he might be allowed to see out another season. Maybe this time, he might be able to make more telling decisions regarding the squad and given more time to implement his changes.

Even if Athletico drop 2 points, our head to head remains inferior to theirs.

I don't see how we can leapfrog Athletico again.

The title now is between Madrid and Athleti.

And the only way Madrid remains in contention would be if they win Sevilla.
If Madrid don't take all 3 points against Sevilla on Sunday, Athletico will lift the trophy.

This team is weak and tired.

They lost the league after losing to Granada at home.
I hate being in this position, waiting for your rivals to drop points. In this case, two teams.

Although, to me, both Madrid teams aren't convincing as well but they know how to win when it matters.

Next season, hopefully they get a solid striker and a right winger.
