Those houses look like village houses. They're ugly.

Of course skyscrapers aid in beautification.. Like most people will come here and claim skyscrapers are not yardstick for development knowing very well that they don't have them.

Africa cities with skyscrapers are just on another level. take a look at Cairo, jorburg, Addis Ababa, the new face of Eko, Dar, Nairobi etc.. Look at how the cities glow with those tall expensive buildings! There is absolutely no excuse in not building skyscrapers, maybe poverty will win there.

Abuja wins over Accra hands down.

Beauty truly lies in the eyes of beholder but I am sure if there was a vote here,most people will agree its beautiful by default. Here people prefer to live in single homes like what is obtainable in the video below that to live in blocks of apartments or condominiums.

Check the video and the surroundings to give you an idea of what a proper middle class area is in Accra.

Personally,I'm waiting for African traveller to travel to Nigeria to be blown away by the sights of city .Without doubts , I know he will testify to Abuja's beauty and confirms the architectural master piece in every part of the city .it will help to put things in the right perspective.

it's not about 4k,12k or hd or uhd.. most of the quality pics you see requires a good dynamic range capable cam coupled with a highres sensor in megapixels and not k's ..

broad street was a major street in the pre-colonian era not now.

my last visit to victoria island in lagos,kept me wondering if bloggers are forbided from getting their...

as for abuja... i laugh in cantonese. in a scale of 10. you havnt even seeing up to 1%. no joke's.

yeah.. and that's what am about to do.. go into cities,jungle's,sahara's,sahels,coast lines heritage sight and expose them to the world.. yeah nigeria isnt a first world! but it superly hyper underated through the eyes of google.our landscapes are shadowed yerning for publicity.. check mambila platue,shiroro dam and see what i mean.
