I was even expecting the NA to at least mention one or two Divisions that are being headed by a southerner in the whole of South East & South South as a substantial rebuttal, to the exposure by SaharaReporter which the NA was out to counter, but alas! the army spokesman was only trying to be clever by half, and so, he just mention one Division in Ibadan as being headed by a Southerner.
The question is, is Ibadan in the South East or South South
