I stay in Ibadan, Ring road precisely and i can say without any fear of contradiction that, the worst ATM in ring road is E-GTB ATM gallery at akinyemi junction.
The ATM is so worse that their 24/7 slogan doesnt count. They wont open the main gallery until 8am. While only two might be working.
