Guyman02:
Ken Saro Wiwa behaved like Afonja by betraying his own people and neighbours by aligning with the Fulanis.
When he tried to resist by telling them that they have gone against initial agreement they murdered him in his area Port Harcourt just like they did to Afonja in Ilorin.

Young man, don't say what you know nothing about. Stop telling the world about your ignorance. Ken Saro never betrayed us...never for once. So be guided!!

What you have written here is senseless and irritating. I read how an IBO elite engaged an Ijaw elite bitterly on nairaland and I wept. I wept because the topic was the Celebration of Isaac Adako Boro an Ijaw Hero, His memorial park is at Education, in Port Harcourt. The IBOS out of bitterness turned the topic upside down. The Ijaw man defended Boro while the IBO rewrote the Civil war history with bitterness against Boro.

You wanted to do the same on this topic which is the Celebration and memorial of a very intelligent man, Kenule Saro Wiwa. You want to bring the issue of Civil war here. How old was Kenule during the Civil war despite being lucky to have been educated early in life and briefly known to government of the day ? The protection of Ogoni land against exploitation and oppression by FG and Oil Companies which he died with 8 other people can never be forgotten.

It is now I know why the Ikwerres can never accept Biafra. The Ogoni people that Ken Saro Wiwa sacrificed his life to defend can never accept Biafra with your type of person. It is better the Biafra is restricted to South East States while the South South design their own republic.

The South needs love and unity to move forward. When minorities are celebrating their heroes, you should support them. Bringing bitterness of Civil war cannot build friendship.

Deuteronomy 6vs4
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord
is one. You shall love the Lord your God
with all your heart and with all your soul
and with all your might. And these words
that I command to you today shall be on
your heart.

There is only one Lord and that is Allah and that is God.

Jesus is not Lord.
Correct your statements if you've been saying what's wrong.
Fear God who created and fashioned man.
When you pray to make request,Christians, end your prayer by saying "in the name of God I pray " pray in the name of God he's the creator.Do not pray in the name of his creation.
Please Alhaji, what is the name of your Al-Lah? My question is based on the fact that Al-Lah means "the god". Does this particular Al-Lah have a name like the Bible Al-Lah whose name is Yahweh?

Nonsense as usual from a pained YOOBA man!
Why not face your region instead of dabbling into the affairs of Easterners? You think it’s easy for the east to forget over 2 million of her people killed by the mere geographical expression called Nigeria? You must be an iiddiot to believe that.
My take on saro wiwa is a mixed one! He stood up for his people and challenged the status quo of the then Fulani run government to do what’s right with regard to the environmental degradation of his country-ogoniland. This should be lauded by every right thinking human being.
He messed up everything by showing his inbuilt hatred towards the Igbos and her igboid kits and kins!
If we’ve learnt anything about Mr Wiwa’s life and death, then it should be that, you can pursue your agenda as an individual and even as a group of people without having a deep seated hatred for your neighbors! Good morning to you all.

Is it not the same issue I brought out against the man who attacked the Ijaws for celebrating Isaac Adako Boro that you brought out here. From your first posting, many people didn't understand your attack on Ken Saro Wiwa, most of those who replied you just did out of respect for Ken Saro Wiwa. I only helped to show people your grievances. Finally, you have explained yourself fully.

Thank you.

Came down one correction nothing like South South we all went to school nothing like South South ok. See I agree with u, u re celebrating ur hero, an Ikwere Man U re dragging as BRODA now just told me how Ogoni migrated from Ghana and told me one day they will come and push u people out. So what happened once a person is mentioned many things about him will re-surface . They only reason an Ikwere man don’t want Igbo man is to get back his properties he sold and use the man for 190 Benz which is out of fashion and is too late bro. I weep for generations to come because all land have been sold that is the reason of the hatred.

Ken killed 6 ogoni elders because they disagreed with him and his struggle. Some certain truth about a man might be hidden.
Are you from there, how did you arrive at such information ??
