Good reason 'Oyinbo' people are far ahead the way they do things. There is a term called Job Safety Analysis - evaluate and assess the job to be done and come up with likely risks and threats to life. If the risks outweigh the positive outcome from the job then you forget about it. The technician might not have known that someone was cooking close by but if he'd examined the environment before 'topping' the gas, this disaster wouldn't have occurred in the first place. The story doesn't ass up. How does filling a refrigerator cylinder and cooking cause an explosion? Except if the cylinder was over chargers and exploded. Most technician in Nigeria don't have a quage. How can you be refilling a gas without the quage? |
