Lol, if you decide to “leave anytime” do you know how much it’ll cost you? Also have you read 7? Especially 7point 3 and 4?

Then when you open the bond document you understand what 8b c and d in the offer letter means


In essence, would you advice someone who plans to stay for a year to accept the offer and can you estimate the cost of indemnification the person would incure.

I have no idea. HR would be in the best position to answer that. From LinkedIn they (Cmb) seem to have a good staff retention rate which could mean two things. It is either the company is a lot better than we think it is or the bond kept them there. You can also go on LinkedIn and ask your predecessors to advice you since your mind is sort of fixed on spending 1 year at the company. Regards.

Are they still sending out mails for this role, cos I did my 2nd interview on the 30th of April and I've not heard anything from them.

I called the week after medicals and they said further information will passed soon , it's been over a week since then.

This surety bond thing is hard to get oh, most people are not meeting the 1 million for six months requirements.
