You fellow dumbite just posted something about prime times. From his post, you can see that such time starts from 7pm and peaks at 10pm.

Laycon deciding to air his show at 10pm when it's peaking is a very wise and smart move.

During the day you don't get much money from ads for a show. But at peak times(7pm-11pm) the price for ads shoots up.
