Hello house, please I need ideas on how I can use 500k or less to set up a food business. In order to cut cost of paying shop rent, I’m considering a kiosk. I have no idea on how to run a food business. Please what do I need to know, what do I need to do. How do I get people to run the grilling and making of the spaghetti.

Of course na. Do you have a spot for the business? You might have to settle or pay local government or council before setting up your kiosk. They usually collect levy from folks who run similar businesses.

Howdy as a BDM ( Business Development Manager) come writer and Online Earnings Advocate ill want to know what part of Lagos you intend to set up your Sales point...are you gonna be on the Island or Mainland?
Moreso have you any experience with been a chef or cooking publically.?
Your apt response will determine what suggestions and startup exposé ill submit.

My advice is even if you intend to hire people to do the jobs for you...try as much as possible to learn it too. So you can always fill in the gap anytime staff are lacking.

BTW, that's one of my Sunday favourite meals...I have the supplier on speed dial. Probably I will taste yours too when you finally set it up. Good luck.

Omg that’s a very great idea. Cos a staff can call in sick or even quit and that might lead to issues. I’ll definitely learn how to make it.

Since you are going to set it up on the mainland ill suggest you locate yourself with a shared outfit of someone into sales of related food...
Starting would be in my opinion by creating a tag menu then do a two days taste the delight challenge whilst you make it viral via your SM handles.
You can create a patronage of 1k clients within a week howbeit there are two ways you can substantially setup the whole outfit with just a little more than #300k.

You really don't need much. You won't be using firewood, but gas. There is this large locally made gas cooker for outdoor cooking that will come in handy. You can ask anyone selling gas in your area for it. You will also be needing a grill (I think there should also be a gas powered one). Then utensils (large pots & pans) for cooking. Tables (at least two), a large horizontal show glass with bulb inside. Maybe a parasol or two. Then a printed sign for your business. I might upload pictures later....
