My Laptop charger got faulty few days ago

When i wanted to plugged it, i heard a sparkling sound on the adapter so i removed it immediately and it was confirmed it wasn't good.


So i bought new one now but i plugged it yet its still not charging
I have tested other chargers as well

I don't know if it affected the Charging port as well


Am just fed up because i don't know what to do and if am to get another charging port i don't have a dime

And i need this laptop for my math lab cause o as i will be needing it to assist me in my academic activities..

i hhave gone back to the engineer shop ,so we tested another charger and it worked....
