police said no amunition no vehicle. Then why not shut down the police station. The police should stop being insensitive. Is it the person coming to them with a problem that should now start providing vehicle and ammunition? What then is the essence of the police station? To count numbers ? Have a DPO ? Send men to guard ppl who can pay every month the officers and DPO? The IG needs to sanction the DPO unless the IG is the one who took their ammunition and vehicle |

PlayMaker14:Northerners voted for him enmasse because they love him for his principled ways and integrity. That's why many Yoruba's also voted for him. I was in form 1 secondary school on Dec 31st, 1984 when he seized power. People had good memories of his incorruptibility and hatred for corruption and hence their love for him. However, his poor performance in his first term could not be measured by an uneducated electorate in the North who happily voted him enmasse. What worked for him most was that his opponent was a fellow Fulani whose integrity was heavily scarred by corruption. The core Northerners simply daw Atiku as a crook. That's the blunt truth. Which yeye world class Almajiri schools? I doubt those schools can take up to 5% of the Almajiri's begging. It's like thinking the Federal Government Colleges can cater to all secondary school education in the country. Also, these Fulanis aren't Nigerian from reports so the Almajoliri schools wouldn't matter. This is strictly a fall out of PMB's incompetence in dealing with such matters. His lamentable failure of stopping the herdsmen menace and now these cross-border Fulani bandits does not paint him well at all. Now, the bandits have reached Niger state. It will soon be in Yoruba land. Amotekun can't stop these bandits. They have superior fire power and their numbers are frightening, perhaps in the hundreds. When I hear people praise Jonathan or Buhari, I wonder if they are stoned? Jonathan looks good only because of PMBs sorrowful performance. He gave the presidency to Buhari due to his inability to curtail excessive corruption right under his nose and late response to the Boko Haram menace. If he had shown himself a strong leader by checkmating corruption by sacking the high and mighty Mrs Madueke and others and had taken Boko Haram by the jugular by keeping them in check, the story. Ight have been different. The Chibok girls abduction and his late reaction to it was a complete PR disaster Buhari might not have been an easy shoo but for his many gaffes. In 2011, GEJ won the election with so much goodwill. Only MKO Abiolas goodwill in 1993 surpassed this. . |

Gerrard59:Did you do comprehension while in school? Please point out where i said Buhari was better than GEJ? Please show me where I said Buhari has delivered? Show me 3 areas and I will send you 500 recharge card. The records of the 2 are poor. Buhari's is far worse. Burying your head in the sand won't change the narrative. ![]() |
