I am definitely not going to follow the design verbatim though the client likes it but I will do something more better without extra cost or charges

Casting is on.

We have all the wooden edges straight out.

Accordingly, we will Cast the step.

Then beam.

When we are through with all the beam we now cast the slab.

The beam and slab steel reinforcement is of 8mm,12mm and 16mm fabrication

16mm for the beam
12mm for the slab mat
8mm for rings of the beam

We used BUA cement ( binder)

We used 50:50 chippings/local stone on the beam, local stone only on the slab.

We cast with concrete mixing machine

and mix ratio is 1cement bag: 8full bucket of sand : 10 full bucket of stone.

That's 1:4:5 mix ratio (construction term)

Gauge plastering
Window installation
Door installation
Belting
And fence plastering

All plaster labour cost ----- #1,080,000 only

Labour for Installation of scaffold ----- 40,000
