KADUNA UPDATE: Malam Nasir @elrufai has approved the disengagement of the first set of political appointees to depart in the ongoing right-sizing of the public service. He has thanked the exiting officials for their services to the state

in any 'appointment office', being removed or replaced is something one would always anticipate and be prepared for.

As long as it's not politically motivated or has anything to do with the NLC/govt wahala; reducing the cost of governance by scraping out irrelevant offices or programme is highly commendable. I just hope the money realised from such cost saving initiative will be put to good use.

He has made a very good choice. Who would have known that big shot firms like Chevron and other multinational banks could survive and thrive without their bogus employee count.

Effectiveness, and not number,matters more.
So far, Hell Rufai has been doing well for his State.

Wtf. A lecturer in my school was given an appointment as a special adviser this January by hell rufai. The guy quit his lecturing job. I just hope he is not one of the people they just sacked . Omo kaduna state government are running mad.
