A static philosophy is usually a momentarily concept, even coaches change with team, but a dynamic philosophy in approaching the game, makes for necessary adjustments.. I don't watch games to watch goals only I watch to see the tactics deployed by coaches and I do read books on tactics so spare me the media tripe, understating the importance of tactics and how different coaches fare as regards to tactics shows your understanding of the game. Football goes beyond signing players and expecting to perform magic you may be lucky but you will be found out if you miss out on the following; tactics, man-management, technical training and psychological training.
