But the only difference is that Ipob is a well-structured outfit with diplomatic ties globally. While Boko Haram is a rag-tag terrorist group fuelled by the incompetence of the Nigerian army.

Boko Haram is a rag-tag, half-baked, primitive and backwards terrorist cult. In any other sane country, it would have been resolved quickly.
Instead the army decided to their their usual in the North, and created a monster that they cannot contain now.
