Personally for me are Amazon kindle and Fiverr.

Have you tried smashwords? It will help in distributing your book to many other major platforms, try it out.

Yes it increases. Well my income is decent now.
Have never heard of smashwords. So many things that one doesn't know exist. Thanks for this info.

How where you able to collect your royalty, likewise, how do you handle the 30% tax.

I registered for a payoneer account, hoping to get a US virtual bank account, but till now, my registration requests hasnt been approved, it's 5 days already.
