What's the fate of 2021 neco candidates? Students' biometrics has not been captured.But I saw over the internet that neco will kickstart on the 5th of July. And schools remain silent. I think you need to upload first before biometrics. I am having the same issues. I thought it was my system sef. I almost bought another futronic biometric device

I am guessing you need to pay first, you will be given a pin then you upload.
When I checked a students registration progress, it showed upload and biometrics pending in that order
