Good evening nairalanders I need your advise I have plans to buy my car Toyota Camry 2008 or 2009 this would be my first ride I need advise because I have plans of getting a mechanic along side me to Lagos from Benin . To inspect the car . I need your opinions if I should go or I should just contact any reliable dealer for them to bring the car to me here in Benin . I don’t want to end up buying a car I would end up regretting candid advise will be appreciated. |

Taking a mechanic is an outdated way of inspecting a vehicle. Get different car vin numbers from sellers and run a vin check on them and know what you are buying. A mechanic cannot get a comprehensive vehicle history report by physically looking at a car. He can only say something about the body... As for the brand, go for Camry 2010/11 models up. Their fuel consumption is minimal just like corolla. They have Continuously Variable Transmission (cvt). Consult car dealers here. You will get the satisfaction you desired. ab1x:how much for them list your prices if they are good and vin check comes out good I patronize you . I just want something that will serve for a long time before I start doing heavy maintenance |

I want to use it for personal use and bolt when ever I’m free . Corolla is not for for me so pls no mention of Corrolla |
