Twitter has terms and condition. You read it. If you think you can comply with it, then proceed to using Twitter. If you think you can't, then kindly Füćk off. They won't beg you to use their platform, neither will they pity you if you break their rules if you decide to use it irrespective of who the Füćk you are.
