Its been a while bro. LatireHire finally get back to me earlier this month and I've passed the last two screening stages. I signed the agreement form yesterday on DocuSign and I'll stert tutoring by first week of June.

I want to ask youou and others that have been on this platform earlier that what's are the challenges you face at the beginning and how you overcome them?

There are slack channels to discuss whatever challenge you might encounter.
For me, I'd advise that you read the tutoring guide most especially the aspects that deals with student-tutor communication.
Get a very good Internet connection and a backup Internet provider..just in case.
