If you've never repented and don't know Jesus, you will be judged. Simple

No one is imprisoned for sin. People are imprisoned for their crime.
There's a difference btw sin and crime. While the former is committed against God, the latter is against the state.

Well, your crimes are defined according to the standards of this world. God's standard and Kingdom is separate from the world's. undecided

YES AND NO.

For example, preaching Christ in some countries is a crime against the govt but not a sin against God.

Remember, how the early Apostles were imprisoned/killed by Herod for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, but were commended and rewarded by God.

Crime is to man/govt what sin is to God.
While man/govt will punish one for the crimes they committed, God will FORGIVE your sins if you believe the gospel and receive Christ.

On the other hand, while homosexuality, gay marriage and other sexual immoralities are sins against God, it is not a crime in some countries.

Above all, RECEIVE JESUS CHRIST and enjoy eternal life with Him.

The criminal in prison is only paying for the crimes he was charged and found guilty by men's courts whether rightly or wrongly.

On Judgement Day, it is A Day for the Hearing and Trial of All Crimes/Offences/Sins as recorded throughout the living of every soul.

The highlighted! That's what the law books want you to know.
All Sins are crimes and all hurtings, woundings and injuries against a person is the True Definition of Crime, which is why the Bible used "Trespass".

It is not really an offence against state (who the air is that?) but rather an offence against Person, person or persons.

No they are not, because evil bastards have hijacked laws and made some sins not to be crimes eg "Loss" as a result of the use of the Post Office or Banks etc.

But all sins are supposed to be crimes but again, evil doers will not like that.

Hmm which means if someone is executed for murder, he will still go to hellfire

Yep! He will still go for Re-Trial and Every Element of his Offence plus other offences which men could not See and Prove will be brought to light for due reconsideration and judgement.
