With the current food crises in the country and food supply threats and the recent strike on onions from the Northern farmers to the South...these are wake up calls for every Southerner to arm themselves with food and more food.

Give me a reason why u ain’t farming or gardening? Is it everything u need to eat that should take u to the market?

Why are we so lazy?

The dream of every Southerner is to wear suit and work in air conditioning offices,,for most Southerners it is always drip and more drip...nobody is thinking of food security and safety down South.
Our Governors,reps are not interested.
The hand writing is already on the wall...make hay while the sun shines. Own a farm...Own a garden today!

Sac farming is another way if u don’t have enough land
U can cultivate yams,ugu,vegetables in sacs. Stop discarding ur gari,semo bags...u can use them in place of land

Excellent idea with tires, I like it. My friend made such hanging flower beds from pallets and inserted flower pots into them. It also looks great. Indeed, growing flowers is a real art.
