Ever been to somewhere and end up being lost?

My experience:
.
I was sent to buy bread one night at a particular bakery and it is the bakery I used to buy bread. When I got there, the bread has already finished, but instead of going back home, I decided to follow some kids I met there, never knew it was going to be a very long night.

After telling us the bread has finished, fortunately/unfortunately for me the other kids told us to go to another bakery. I mumushly follow them thinking we were coming back together even though I never knew anyone among them. That is where if I thought about the incident, I knew my mumu no get runner up.

We arrived the bakery very late, as this bakery is far from the other bakery. The bakery were still baking the bread wey we supposed to buy, so we had to wait. After waiting, we get the bread, I was the last to be served. When I came out, the other kids don left already. I said to myself may be I could recognize my way back home. So I just took one street, started to trek, I never know where I was going. I trekked tire, mehn, no sign of home. Even though I started noticing houses getting scanty, the area getting remote and how seldom it is sighting motor or bike, I was still calm until when I walked past one sign post, I saw NTA ....channel ... written vividly on it. Oh boy! It immediately down on me that it is not a joke I was really lost. Even though I never knew the area but I know I must be very, very far from home. I started to rush, I swear I even lost part of the bread I bought, I can recall to hear (timmm) sound, that one no even concern me ooo, man got to save himself first (being extended family we used to buy alot).

I started having one evil thought about ritualist, how they are beheading or plucking people's eyes, I started to cry-running. I don't know the distance I covered, or what the time was but it was very dark. Luckily for me, a good samaritan passing on a bike, saw how desperate I was, he stopped and asked me what happened and where I was going . I told him I was lost, he then tell me to climb on the bike, I got on it, he drove me until we get very close to my area, he asked me if I could recognize my place, I answered him yes sir. I thanked him he left and I finally got home. They asked me about the bread I just told them I was chased by dogs that is why I lost them.

It was after some years that I narrated to them what exactly happened that night.

I still thank that man who helped me, may God bless you wherever ever you are.

I am Living in the same state but I still couldn't find the bakery or how I end up at NTA station.

We just thank God for the gift of life.

Share your experience too.
