You should ask questions if you don't know why. That's the only place you can be guaranteed 24/7 power supply for weeks without blinking. I am an alumnus so, I know better. The school generates its own power and power supply is no problem. Ask around, OAU na their papa.

That money in a year is more than enough to start generating their own power. There's no power outage in covenant university because they generate power and also have a way to sell the units to occupants residing within their domain.

YABATECH spends about 8-12 million monthly. Judging by how small YABATECH is, OAU spends less on electricity.

I know as at 2014/I 5 we were paying close to 6mill per month as electricity bill.

Oau is a very big place and power supply on campus is very stable.

If anyone would want to steal, it shld be from buying of fuel wch seems to be very low compared to what is paid to PHCN that is to tell how constant power is in campus

I wish I can like this twice! That's the fact sir. There is justification for the amount, light is 24/7 on OAU campus. I don't know if there is any other campus in Nigerian that enjoy light as much as they do in OAU; the university generate its own light! with the stability of light on OAU campus, which i experienced myself, then the figure is not far from the truth.
