Yeah, Lagos Calabar is crawling at the moment, I do not think it has been given a go ahead loan financing by the senate.

The project is so massive, nugging towrads 10 to 11 billion dollars. So the senate is having cold feet due to it's large sum of debt it will bring to the nation.

But eastern railway project and others have been approved by the senate to allow the FG to secure loans and counterpart funding for them.

What I want in the rail sector in Nigeria is intra city rail transport or light rail within the city to easy transportation & traffic.
Most of our state government can undertake the project & privatize it. Rail transport is not met for the federal government alone.

Not just Amaechi, it is problem with Southern leaders and it is majorly due to Cowardice and Low Self Esteem.
Look at OBJ as well, he developed the North, did not even build the Lagos to Abeokuta Road that lead to his Village. he abandoned the Lagos- Ibadan Express, abandoned the East-West Road, etc
