Plug it inside transformer

I bought itel P51 in 2018,5000mah battery,it uses at least 4hours to charge from 50% to 100%. But to charge from 10% to 100% will take nothing less than 7 hours. Even with the follow come charger and cable.
It was a nightmare,I switched to Redmi now. Enjoying it all the way.

I used Itel until it was stolen in 2019 and ever since, I had similar experiences. I have moved to redmi and it has been a wonderful experience

Change the charging port and it becomes faster than ever. Give it 2 months and you're back to square 1. At a point i changed the entire downpanel costs 1200 5 times. If you have someone you want to feel pain, buy him/her itel as a gift

They don't have fast charging technology, they said that fast charging normally kills battery

Chargers are not built to last forever, there are chargers that are better than the follow come.
If you're using a 1.0 mAh charger try the 2.0 mAh

It is simple, the low budget phone doesn't have that capacity

exactly. Those follow come cable too do it sometimes. Fast chargers are all over the market

My brother, that's how it is o. It's not a fault, it's not the cable nor the charger head. It's just that most itel devices don't come with anything above 5watt charging.

So you'll need like 6hours to charge a 4000mah battery to full. I'm talking from first hand experience on the itel A56.

When I bought the phone, I called to return it telling them it was too slow to charge, the said it's normal.

So endure or sell it off. Don't let anybody deceive you into "repairing"

Not only Itel. Infinix too. Though, you are wrong to say all Itel phones. It is a system bug that has been triggered to protect your battery against explosion.
If your phone is showing safe charge info, it is obvious your phone changing system has reported a particular charger to your OS of being dangerous. The OS will meter your charge current so as to protect the battery. The problem is, once triggered, the system will still recognise every other charger as hazardous causing the phone to charge slowly.

It's not a flaw..

It's one of the specs..

It's a low end brand..

You want quick charge..

Be ready to pay for it..

Just buy a fast charger. You'll be fine
