Now they have equalized playing to their strength! If they started this way, they possibly could have been ahead now. They have the better ball playing midfielders to hold possession and create.

Bro that has been the way they've been playing in most of their matches, conservative and low blocking dull football and on paper the Swiss are better than them, im sure they might have conceded at least two by now they came out to play, well it's good they came out and got the equalizer though Switzerland were stupid too

Bale and James are far from ball playing, they are counterattackers and space behind is what suits them, not tapping ball

Allen is a ball player, Ramsey can do either way cos he is good.in arriving in the box late.

His assists won us league titles twice, if we had rebuild properly instead of buying them Djilobodi, Baba Rahman, Zappacosta, Drinkwater, Bakayoko, and Morata his defencies would've been masked. At Monaco that team is a shadow of their former self and you don't expect an ageing Fabregas without legs and bones to help them out. He is one of the best when it comes to finding players in space it is now left for a coach to build around his strength
