Nah, Isreal will beat Kamaru 9 times out of 10 .Especially with the extra weight he has on Kamaru. I know Kamaru is best pound for pound according to the rankings, but Isreal is in a different class from every single fighter in the UFC, look what he did to similar looking muscular pressure fighters like Costa and Romero, check out what he did in China. Isreal's greatest weapon is that he looks like he cant do the things he can do. He looks skinny and doesn't look that tall until you are in the cage with him, his punches dont look menacing, he even looks like he belongs in several weight-classes lower than he really is etc. Fighters usually find out too late how wrong these assumptions are. Isreal 1 Kamaru 0 for me.
