He didn't hide that fact.
When the bandit stop their children from going to formal school, it was no issue. He only became concern when they try to stop the children from attending Islamic school.

And d training was for just two weeks and was giving by police that took to thier heels when they hear d sound of gun. This is exercise in futility and wastage of state fund.
