It would have made sense if there was equity.

The country divided after the WAR....you cant repair a damaged setup....after fighting brutally.

The funniest part is that the people that fought to leave then are still doing so now...even after having business all-over the country.

So its best you remain good neighbors with them...so that there will be free movement...than acting as sabotuers and when they get their country ..they take you as enemies.
