Those guys are right. Chelsea should just use this opportunity to sell him now his stock is at the highest. It will be a sore mistake to keep him and try to build on him as DM foundation going forward.

This is someone who can not make PFA 5th team of the season for any single season he has played in England.

Jorginho gave his best in that final but was still our weakest link. Madrid had only 4 potential goalscoring situations, and all 4 were due to his inability to stay with runners, which I highlighted here.

He was the weakest of the 11 players.

Jorginho's tackles is my rough estimate of how many times he engaged against Madrid. I wasn't really counting for Gilmour. I only noticed he pressed well in Mildfield especially on Mount. However, he got tired in the second half and couldn't show up for passes like he used to and his sub confirmed by suspicion.

I know your hatred for Jorgs will make you compare him with an Enyimba DM so I don't expect you to align with reason when it comes to him

Jorginho under Pep will be the weakest point of the Pep team through which opposition launch their counterattacks, just like Rodri, infact worse.

That's why Pep benched Rodri for UCL final. He may as well not bother with Kante running through.

Difference is Rodri has height and strength and is useful for outmuscling players before having to get in a foot race with them. He's also useful for stopping long balls.

Mount won't, there is something consistent about Mount, especially when he plays midfield, even if he starts slowly. Yesterday he showed why he is England's best midfielder #consistency. He does what he does, simple or special even when the team is struggling.

For the past four seasons of Mount's career he has been consistent. Managers value that. They value that if the give you a job they trust you will do it.
