I believe I am making this post in the right section, if not pardon me.

I want to source for information from experienced folks and professionals in building and construction fields; building and structural engineers, architects and others in this field.

With a plot of land available in a developing sub urban area, how much can one budget to build a storey building of four flats (2 flats of 3 bedroom up and down at back side and 2 flats of 2 bedroom up and down at the front side).

With the present state of things in the country, how much can one budget to achieve this with moderate finishing.

Preparation or budgets
- Iron Rod 2,500,000( 16mm 1tons pillars and secrets beams inside the decking, 12mm 3tons lintel level and beaming in support of decking and decking usage, 8mm or 10mm half tons for rings)

- Sands 90 tons depends on your area

- Granite 120tons

- Blocks 4000 to 5000 blocks

- plaster 30tons

- Cements 250bags . (140 to 150bags for decking alone )

Cements for plaster 40 to 60bags . Decking excluded; decking is POP
