I have ten young persons back in Lagos ill want to encourage to take up this offer . I'm presently in Ibadan and would want to know the salary base so that ill know how to explain it to them.
I run a low key organ that help young person stay off the streets or stay clear of crime. Though this young men are presently working as labour work men.
They were given accommodation around Iyana Ipaja.
I think this may be a more better job compared to what they are doing presently (my opinion).

The Salary range is around 25K-30K
Excluding Pension
But the job is progressional.
If they have outstanding performance on the job.
There will be promotion and that inturn will increase their Salary.

And also the job is shift based so they will have some little time for themselves.
