If you have a Peugeot with the RD4 radio (photos attached)

The Blaupunkt/VDO RD4 radio comes with Peugeot 207's from 2006, Peugeot 307, 307SW, 407, 407SW, 607, 807, 1007 from 2005, Peugeot 307CC's from 2004 and the Peugeot Expert, 308, 4007 from 2007.

I'm sure once or twice while selecting input source you might have seen the AUX option & wondered where the Aux port to plug your phone is?

I used a Peugeot with that radio from brand new for 12 years straight & also come across that and was able to activate that function after a lot of research.

The RD4 radio comes with AUX capability and even a port behind where you can plug in the AUX cable.

To activate this function:

1.) Purchase the RD4 Aux Cable
2.) Disconnect your battery (make sure you follow the battery disconnection procedure in the manual) then Pull out the radio (the cable comes with radio removal tools)
3.) Plug in the 12 pin socket of the Aux cable in the hole behind the radio (right next to the power socket) labelled Part B on the diagram below
4.) Put the radio back in & reconnect your battery
5.) Plug in your Diagbox scanner and activate the AUX function on your radio with it.


That's all!

You can now freely use the AUX function.

I recently gave out my Peugeot & so I have a couple of accesories I didn't get around to using which are all for sale.

1.) Remote (2 button) Key case - In case your key case is worn out

2.) Complete Remote Keys - You can add these as a spare to remotely lock and unlock the car and also to start the engine. You must have your old 4 digit key code for this to work.

3.) The Aux Cable above

4.) My Lexia/PP2000 Peugeot Scanner Works with Diagbox & requires a Windows 7 Laptop.
