Do you expose yourself to too much AC or like to take too much cold drinks? I fall in that category but what i do is home therapy, I boil very hot water and pour in a bucket, put aboniki balm and put my chest to cover the bucket and cover myself with towel or wrapper for at least 20 minutes, it works well for me, try and also do exercise every morning, Thats the best way you can treat chest pain .

thanks so much sir. Compliment of the season. I take too much cold things although I have stopped now. This was caused actually by a car accident I had. I used ibuprofen already and it's kind of better now. Please sir which type of exercise?
