The Special Adviser to Lagos Governor on Drainage and Water Resources, Joe Igbokwe has reacted to the arrest of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

Igbokwe took to social media to ‘praise’ God over Kanu’s arrest. He shared pictures of himself kneeling and raising his hands in worship to God accompanied with the statement below;

“To God be the glory. May the Souls of hundreds of young men who lost their lives in the South East rest in perfect peace. Amen! An Endless Alleluia!”

“THE JUDGEMENT DAY COMETH. MAY THE SOULS OF TGE DEPARTED REST IN PERFECT PEACE.”

Kanu appeared in court on Tuesday and was remanded in DSS custody till July 26th for a continuation of his trial.

It's very stupid of this Joe Igbokwe to do this, I'm a yoruba man who detested some of Kanu's philosophy and preachings but it will be very foolish of me to celebrate his arrest.

Buhari as a failure made people like Kanu popular, his nepotic tendencies to national issues and unrepentant support for killer herdsmen could make any gentle southerner turned rebel overnight.

I think the best thing for Buhari if he has a listening ear is to thread with caution on Kanu's issue so that the matter will not be like that of Yusuf Muhammad of Bokoharam. If you silent Kanu today, a thousand Kanus will emerge tomorrow, this is glaring because injustices and suffering in the land is no longer unbearable and the masses had already been pushed to the wall.

If you are surprised or angered by kanus arrest today, it's probably because you were hibernating in 2017.
Here's a timeline of MNK and FG(ouk and rochas) scamming IPOB followers.
In 2017 : MNK created BSS (a military unit within Nigeria) for no reason, but to give FG the template to proscribe IPOB and declare MNK wanted... Had him arrested and trialed but miraculously or rather expectedly he escaped from the claws of the FG that hated him and wanted him out...This was done exactly 2years to 2019 election, the purpose was mainly to urge Ipob members to avoid the election.

In 2021: MNK pledge allegiance to an armed group named UGM, also exactly 2yrs to 2023 elections...and guess what again he has being arrested and charged for the same crime as in 2017, can you see a pattern here?
